Error 51-C00DF236 Problem Solved How to play avi videos offline on xbox 360.

 If you don't have internet anymore and still want to be able to play .avi videos on your Xbox 360, Follow the steps below.


1. Unfortunately to do this you ll' need internet (bring the Xbox over to a friends house ) .
2. Go to System settings/Memory/Hard Drive/System Items.
2. Delete Optional Media Update.
4. Now go back to Dashboard and sign out.
5. Create a new gamertag using Silver Membership (free).
6. Now just sign in using the gamertag you just created.
7. Play the avi video from your usb drive ( The xbox will download the  Media Update again )

    You are all set, now you can play avi (mp4 xvid divx etc ) videos offline.

Portable software makes the explorer crash. app crash windows explorer has stopped working.

 Some portable applications like winrar portable can add entries to the context menu, and this can causes the windows explorer to crash when you right click something.
